If you are not satisfied, we offer a complimentary restyling appointment to meet your expectations within 7 days.
2. Haircuts
We want you to love your haircut. If you need adjustments, you may return for complimentary corrections within 7 days.
3. Color
Color results matter to us. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately and return to the salon within 5 days.
Terms & Conditions
Healthy Hair is Non Negotiable
The "Integrity First" Approach: At Sonias, hair health is our top
priority. Achieving your dream blonde is a journey, not a destination.
Depending on your current hair level and history, reaching your goal may
require 1 to 3 separate sessions to maintain the integrity and strength of
your strands.
1. Service Scope & Satisfaction
All services are provided as described at the time of booking. All color services are performed professionally using the highest quality products to protect the integrity of your hair. This includes all required treatments, toner, and blow-dry services. Any additional services requested outside the original scope may incur extra charges.
2. Service Guarantee (The "Redo" Policy)
Instead of a cash refund, We
offer a complimentary adjustment if the client needs changes within 3 to 5
days of the original appointment.
No Cash Refunds
No Cash Refunds services received cannot be refunded due to the
artistic and time-based nature of the work.
3. "Blonding" Disclaimer
• The "Session-Based" Disclaimer: Extreme blonding or color
transformations typically require multiple appointments. Please plan for at
least 2 to 3 sessions if you are moving from a dark starting point to a
light blonde result. Each session focuses on safely lifting the hair while
refining tone and dimension for end results.
Going blonde is a commitment of both time and investment. Most clients reach their desired level of lightness within 1 to 3 visits, 4-6 weeks apart to allow for proper hair recovery and home care maintenance.
• Hair History Disclosure: Explicitly state about previous box dye, henna,
or chemical treatments, as these directly impact how many sessions are
needed.
• Outcome Variation: You acknowledge results vary based on hair type and how the hair "lifts" during the bleaching process.
3. Visual Inspection Requirement
Clients must return to the salon for a visual inspection before any corrective service is performed. All adjustments will be performed by our team to ensure the quality and integrity of the service.
4. No Cash Refunds
All services rendered are non-refundable. Our policy is clearly displayed, and all services are performed with professional care and industry standards.
5. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including, but not limited to, intoxication, harassment, inappropriate behavior, or hair/scalp conditions that may compromise the safety or results of the service.
6. Allergy Disclosure & Risk Acknowledgment
Clients are required to disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or previous adverse reactions to hair treatments and color history. By receiving services, clients acknowledge potential risks, including chemical damage, allergic reactions, or unexpected color results based on hair history. A signed consent form may be required prior to chemical services.

Coloring
Color results are based out of your hair integrity and color history.
Inspiration picture and reference for what you want to achieve close to your expectations but results varies based out of hair texture , integrity and color history.
Color in the Pictures is not the true color in reality. Images have filter and AI effects. Colors show vibrancy differently on different hair types.
Color can be realistically close to the inspiration picture but cannot be same exact due to variable factors like image lighting and filters.
We cannot put Light color back on Dark hair but Light hair can have several choices based on integrity and color porosity.
Please include you loved one including husband or boyfriend if you are not sure about final outcome and doubt may be your second half object as we cannot reverse color once you choose.
Every color you try as to be ensure before application once applied changes based out of work will be additional cost.
